I am the newest member of the firm’s general practice. Growing up in Western New York, I was a scholar athlete at Bennett High School and obtained my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Canisius College in 1998, graduating cum laude. I received my law degree from SUNY at Buffalo School of Law in 2002, and soon was in general practice in the New York State and Federal Courts of Western New York. I have concentrated my practice in the areas of criminal law, family law, bankruptcy, employment, and general litigation practice. My public service work has included pro bono representation of, and service on, the Boards of Directors of charitable, civic, and other tax-exempt organizations. I have acted as a part-time instructor of constitutional law, legal research and writing, and frequently lectured on topics ranging from criminal procedure to business contracts. Before entering private practice, I gained experience as a criminal prosecutor for two years in the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. Since leaving the District Attorney’s Office, I have engaged in a private practice concentrating on criminal defense, as well as general practice areas. Return to Profile List |
