I was born in Buffalo – my father was a scrap dealer and my mother a homemaker. After graduating from the University at Buffalo, I went on to law school at the Oklahoma City University School of Law.

I paid my bills throughout college by working in a scrap yard and selling shoes. After graduating from law school, I returned to Western New York to practice law. In more than 25 years as an attorney, I have been able to represent workers and their families in many types of cases but my passion has always been to represent injured workers.

I am proud to have ben elected Director of the Bar Association of Erie County, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association and te Western New York Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, serving one year as president. I have had the privilege of lecturing on behalf of the New York State Bar Association and Erie County Bar Association on the topic of tort law.

My greatest accomplishments, however, have come from representing clients and obtaining numerous million dollar awards on behalf of these injured workers. Today I devote 100% of my practice to representing people who, just like my parents, worked hard for a living.
